Your dashboard is your home base on Waycode. It brings together your profile, CodeCoins, publications, and a personalized feed so you always know what to focus on next.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, the dashboard shows a snapshot of your activity on Waycode. You'll typically see:
- • Your basic profile details (name, username, short bio)
- • Recent activity such as new publications, community posts, or challenge participation
- • Your current CodeCoin balance and recent transactions
- • Shortcuts to set up or adjust your feed preferences
From here you can quickly jump into writing a new post, checking your analytics, or exploring the feed.
Blog Publications
Waycode lets you publish long‑form posts and research‑style articles. On the dashboard, you can:
- • Browse your existing publications and see high‑level stats (views, votes, comments)
- • Create a new publication by drafting a title, body, and adding tags or domains
- • Edit or archive your own posts if you want to update or hide them
- • Interact with readers through comments and replies
Other users may upvote, comment, bookmark, or donate CodeCoins to your publications.
Personalized Feed
The feed is designed to surface the most relevant content for you across publications, discussions, community threads, and challenges.
How recommendations work (high level)
Waycode considers the topics you follow, tags you like, people you follow, and your recent activity to rank items in your feed. Newer and more relevant items are shown first.
Setting up your feed
When you first join, you'll be asked to pick domains (like AI, web dev, or biology) and tags you care about. You can update these preferences later from your dashboard or settings.
Controlling what you see
Over time, you can mute topics or authors you're not interested in and boost the ones you care about more. This helps the feed stay focused and useful.
Analytics
Analytics give you insight into how your work is performing on Waycode.
